I know my last post was Clio Gelpresso Eyeliners, please don’t think that Clio sent me to do reviews for them (lol)!
So let’s just cut straight into this!
The packaging is really nice,it gives off that very ‘sweet’ vibe. (I always try to keep the packaging lol!)
Similar to the Gelpresso pencil liners, 0.5 g of product inside. But, they did not mention smudgeproof. They have a shelf life of 3 years!! In case you’re wondering, yes that is a towel underneath. xD
I got #Mintade and #Pinkstud. Not really a fan of the white pencil packaging, it gets dirty easily.
The sharpener. (I didn’t post a picture of how the sharpener looks like in the gelpresso liner but it’s the same just that the gelpresso liner’s sharpener is black in colour)
Urgh, look at that, so dirty, but it’s ok you can clean it off with makeup remover.
Anyway, this is #Mintade
This is #PinkStud, it looks really red but when applying, it’s a deep pink.
HOW TO SHARPEN CLIO GELPRESSO EYELINERS
ROUND 1 – SWATCHES
It’s abit too hard to see Mintade cuz it’s too light. Pinkstud is doing well with just one swipe! (impressed)
ROUND 2 – LET’S PUT THAT BABY ON!
Isn’t the colour really pretty? It took about 3-4 swipes to get this colour.
Pinkstud looks more pinkish when applied to skin rather than the redish tone when swatched on hand. This took me around 3 swipes.
ROUND 3 – Really meh?
They did not promise it to be smudgeproof but… I did try it, the colour faded a bit (I tried it before i did the waterproof test, therefore pinkstud is a bit faded off already)
ROUND 4 – IN A NUTSHELL…
♥Pinkstud is definitely creamier than Mintade and pigmentation wise, pinkstud is better
♥This series is really a fun series,it makes your eye makeup look much special compared to the normal eyeshadow + black/brown eyeliner
♥Product is waterproof as it claims.
〈Not really a must buy eyeliner but i will highly recommend to girls who love colours and want to experiment new things
Watsons in Singapore (Some branches don’t have Clio though) – Clio Singapore did not bring in the whole series of colours from Clio Korea though.
I believe it retails at S$16.90 each.
